ABI Review

The ABI team verifies the completeness of your submission and conducts an initial assessment.

Step 3

Mediation

ABI facilitates a dialogue between the complainant and the accused party (exchange/entity) to reach a resolution.

Step 4

Resolution

The complaint is resolved with full documentation and outcomes recorded transparently in the system.
