You agree to:
ABI will review submitted complaints and may facilitate communication between you and the relevant member exchange. ABI does not guarantee any particular outcome. The mediation process is non-binding unless a separate written agreement between all parties is reached.
ABI is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of this portal or outcomes of the mediation process. ABI provides this service on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.
All content on this portal, including logos, text, and design, is the property of ABI and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
ABI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate Indonesian legal channels.
